团队负责人:牛晓滨 教授 博导

人工材料国际中心专注于应用基础研究,涵盖了物理、化学以及光电子器件等方向。研究工作的核心是低维度材料的控制生长、物性表征、多尺度计算模拟及其在能源转换、量子器件、光电探测领域的应用。包括二维材料异质结、超晶格的生长和表面与界面物理性质、二次电池电极材料、光电催化材料、磁性纳米颗粒的合成及应用等。开发新的可控薄膜及纳米结构生长技术以及新概念光电、能源功能器件是本团队的重点研究方向。团队包括多名国字号人才和高层次海外专家,团队国际化程度高,所有人员都有海外工作经历,与海外多个课题组有着长期广泛的合作关系,有多名研究生派往国外进行联合培养。

牛晓滨:教授、博导,青年千人,科技部重点研发计划课题负责人,电子科技大学量子研究中心副主任。中国科学技术大学物理学士、硕士,加州大学洛杉矶分校材料科学博士。现任《半导体学报》副主编,中国电子学会半导体科技青年专委会委员。 主要从事应用基础研究,涵盖了物理、化学以及光电子器件等方向,研究工作的核心是半导体和金属材料的纳米微尺度结构的生长和性质理论研究及多尺度计算模拟;低维度材料的控制生长、物性表征;低维材料在能源转换、量子信息器件、光电探测领域的应用等。取得了系列创新性研究成果。在Physics Review LettersNano LettersCarbon等国际物理、材料学权威学术期刊上发表论文40余篇,获授权美国专利一项。

 

王丽平:博士,副教授,2016年入选四川省千人计划。研究方向二次电池。对锂离子/钾离子电池的正极材料、负极材料的晶体结构与电化学性能关联有较系统的研究。与合作者在Energy Storage MaterialsJournal of the American Chemical SocietyNature CommunicationsACS NanoNano LettersChemistry of MaterialsJournal of Materials Chemistry A 等学术期刊共发表SCI 论文62篇,其中第一作者和通讯作者共27篇(ESI高被引论文1篇,单篇最高被引用约200次)。论文被引用1500余次,H因子23,主持项目5项,申请专利7项,在国内国际会议上做学术报告7次。


李含冬:博士,副教授,主要从事利用分子束外延(MBE)与扫描隧道显微镜(STM)技术进行材料科学以及凝聚态物理相关基础及应用的研究。现为IEEE会员(Member),Appl. Phys. Lett.J. Appl. Phys.等应用物理类国际主流期刊审稿人,曾任EMN系列会议大会秘书及分会主席,2016年受邀担任International Journal of Nanotechnology客座编辑,2014年起担任国家自然科学基金项目评议人,多次获聘四川省重大高科技项目建设评议人。发表SCI论文40余篇,引用次数700余次,其中第一作者论文最高他引140余次,影响因子(h-index16。另主编英文专著2部,授权国际国内发明专利10余项(含美国发明专利1项)。

 

姬海宁:博士,副教授,先后参加了科技部重点研发计划课题2018YFA0306100,总装预研项目4131204050951312030403513070603305,国防预研基金项目J09DZ0235 514070202,四川省科技攻关项目2006Z02-032,主持了电子科技大学青年基金项目L08010301JX0616、中央高校基金项目ZYGX2011J027、国家自然科学基金项目51302030。于20121月至20135月在美国阿肯色大学从事博士后研究。在《Nanomaterials》、《Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials》、《IEEE Transactions on Magnetics》、《IEEE Transactions on Applied Superconductivity》等期刊发表研究论文50余篇,申请专利10余项,获国防科技发明二等奖1项、四川省科技进步二等奖1项、四川省科技进步三等奖1项。

 

王建伟:博士,特聘副研究员。20188月加入到电子科技大学材料与能源学院。作为负责人主持了国家自然基金青年项目(No.61604140)、国防科工局科学挑战专题(No.TZ2016003-1-1)等项目,作为主研人员参与美国Army Research Office MURI Program 国家重点研发计划等项目,已经在Phys. Rev. B Appl. Phys. Lett.Sci. Rep.New J. Phys.J. Appl. Phys.Comput. Mater. Sci.CrystalsSuperlattices Microstruct.Phys. Lett. A 等期刊发表学术论文20余篇,担任 2D Materials, Appl. Phys. Lett., Nanotechnology, J. Phys.: Conden. Mater, J. Phys. D: Appl.Phys.等国际期刊审稿人。


研究方向

1、低维材料:针对量子材料、能源材料与光电材料的多尺度理论模拟研究,包括分子动力学生长模拟、第一性原理计算、量子输运研究。此外,还包括上述低维功能材料的实验制备及表征。

2、新能源材料的设计以及合成: 包括锂离子电池、钾离子电池电极材料、复合金属锂负极;全固态锂电池;固态离子学。

3、凝聚态物理相关基础及应用研究:主要利用分子束外延(MBE)与扫描隧道显微镜(STM)技术进行光-电及光-热转换、量子材料与量子结构、表面科学与外延生长研究。

4、磁性材料的设计及合成:铁氧体软磁材料块材、薄膜、粉体的合成及其磁性能、磁热效应、辐射效应研究。

5、材料特性的理论模拟与预测:利用密度泛函理论分子动力学等计算方法,模拟半导体缺陷和杂质的物理效应,探索范德瓦尔斯异质结构的新奇物理特性,催化的微观机理等。
