个人简介

  

        冯哲圣,男,1974年11月生,湖北郧县人,工学博士。电子科技大学材料与能源学院教授,博士生导师。IEEE会员,中国电子学会高级会员,中国电子学会元件分会委员,四川省电子学会青年专家理事,四川省投资促进特聘顾问(首批),曾任教育部广东省科技特派员、四川省重大引进项目协调推进领导小组办公室项目官员。科技部“863”项目验收专家、科技部创新基金项目评审专家、教育部“长江学者奖励计划”通讯评审专家、工信部产业基金项目评审专家、国家自然基金项目评审专家、四川省科技厅项目鉴定专家、中国烟草总公司四川省公司信息化咨询专家、江苏省扬州市科技奖评审专家。

       近5年来,先后主持完成国家自然基金、总装备部预研基金、四川省科技基金、四川省科技支撑计划、成都市科技基金及重大产学研项目12项,已在《ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces》、《Journal of Materials Chemistry》、《Nanoscale》、《Electrochimica Acta》、《Applied Surface Science》、《Journal of Physics》、《RSC Advances》、《Journal of Alloys and Compounds》、《Materials Letters》、《Journal of Electroanalytical Chemistry》、《Jounrnal of Materials Science Letters》、《Ceramics International》、《Solid State Communications》、《Science in China Ser. E》、《中国科学》等国内外期刊发表学术论文60余篇。获中国发明专利授权16项,实现专利权转让6项,专利产品曾获2006年、2009年江苏省“高新技术产品”称号。
